Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the KowalForge online store.

3. Products
KowalForge sells physical products offered through the online store. Product images are intended to represent the products as accurately as possible.
Minor variations in colour, surface or structure resulting from the production process may occur and are not considered defects as long as they do not affect the functionality or agreed characteristics of the product.
4. Personalized products
Personalized products are manufactured according to the customer’s individual specifications.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the information submitted for personalization is complete and correct.
Once production of a personalized product has started, the order can no longer be cancelled or voluntarily returned.
This does not affect the customer’s rights in the case of defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered products.
5. Prices
All prices are displayed in Swiss francs (CHF).
Any applicable shipping costs are shown separately during checkout before the customer completes the order.
6. Order and conclusion of contract
By completing the checkout process, the customer submits a binding order.
The contract is concluded when the order is accepted by KowalForge and the customer receives an order confirmation.
KowalForge reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in justified cases, for example if a product is unavailable or if there is an obvious pricing or technical error.
7. Payment
The payment methods available to the customer are displayed during checkout.
Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received or authorized.
8. Delivery
Products are delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the product, destination, carrier and other circumstances beyond our control.
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address.
9. Returns and cancellations
For non-personalized products, KowalForge offers a voluntary 14-day return period starting on the date the customer receives the order.
The conditions and exclusions are described in our Return and Refund Policy.
Personalized products are excluded from voluntary returns once production has started.
10. Defects and warranty
If a product is defective, damaged or does not correspond to the order, the customer should contact KowalForge as soon as possible.
The customer’s statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
11. Liability
KowalForge is liable in accordance with applicable Swiss law.
Liability cannot be excluded where exclusion or limitation of liability is prohibited by mandatory law.
12. Data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
13. Intellectual property
Texts, images, designs and other content published on this website may be protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.
They may not be reproduced, distributed or commercially used without prior authorization unless permitted by law.
14. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies.
Any mandatory statutory places of jurisdiction, particularly those protecting consumers, remain unaffected.
15. Changes to these Terms
KowalForge may update these Terms and Conditions when necessary. The version applicable at the time the order is placed governs the respective order.
